House Teams

House System

We are very proud of our House System. This encourages each child to earn house points for trying hard in their learning, for positive behaviour and representing our school values. The children earn points for their teams and each Friday the winning house will be announced in assembly – to celebrate this the house will have  a ‘queue jump Friday’ meaning that they will go into lunch first!  Every week, each class in the school will give 4 tokens to the house in the class with the most house points collected, 3 tokens to the house with the second most house points, 2 tokens to the house in third place and 1 token to the house in fourth place.  All class tokens are then added collectively over a half term, at the end of the half term the winning house will have first choice of our ‘Time to be Merry’ celebration activities.

Our house colours are  Ruby,  Sapphire,  Emerald and Topaz.
